Miles Davis is one of the most inspirational musician in the world! He was born in 1926 and started his musical career in the 1940s. Until his death in 1991, he had been always innovative as a musician. His musical style drastically changed several times throughout his musical career, and his playing in each era has unique taste and feeling.
Even his old recordings (such as in 1950s) make me feel something new, and as a trumpet player and an improviser, he was at his peak in 1960s. The title of this blog comes from one of his albums recorded in that era, "Miles Smiles."
